1. Returns / Exchanges

🌻 We accept returns/ exchanges if:

  • Return –  If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (uninterrupted unpacking video proof required).

  • Exchange – If there is a size issue. [Note: It is subjected to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we’ll initiate a refund.]

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • The return/ exchange request is raised within 5 days of order delivery.

🌻We don’t accept returns/ exchanges for:

  • Slight color variations due to photography or screen settings.

  • Minor irregularities in hand-printed fabrics — they’re part of the charm!

🌻How to request a return/ exchange:

  2. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

🌻Pickup from your place:

  • We’ll schedule a reverse pickup via Shiprocket.

  • Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

  • Only one time return/ exchange per order is allowed.


2. Refunds

🌻When you return:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund:
    Through the original payment method, if eligible.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.

  • The return shall be processed after we receive and inspect the original product.

🌻When you exchange:

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired size is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund:
    Through the original payment method, if eligible.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.

  • The exchanged item will only be shipped after we receive and inspect the original product.

3. Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart and address details carefully before confirming your purchase.
