1. Returns / Exchanges
🌻 We accept returns/ exchanges if:
Return –  If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (uninterrupted unpacking video proof required).
Exchange – If there is a size issue. [Note: It is subjected to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we’ll initiate a refund.]
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
The return/ exchange request is raised within 5 days of order delivery.
🌻We don’t accept returns/ exchanges for:
Slight color variations due to photography or screen settings.
Minor irregularities in hand-printed fabrics — they’re part of the charm!

🌻Pickup from your place:
We’ll schedule a reverse pickup via Shiprocket.
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.
Only one time return/ exchange per order is allowed.
2. Refunds
🌻When you return:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund:
Via store credit (valid for 6 months), OR
Through the original payment method, if eligible.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.
The return shall be processed after we receive and inspect the original product.
🌻When you exchange:
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
If the desired size is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund:
Via store credit (valid for 6 months), OR
Through the original payment method, if eligible.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.
The exchanged item will only be shipped after we receive and inspect the original product.
